Hi, My name is Melinda and I want to tell you that you can still lose weight and feel good about yourself no matter what age you are . I have had the struggle for years and have tried a number of different weight lose strategies that did not work for me. I tell you the truth, it was a journey, lol. but I want you know that you still have a chance to make a positive change in your weight.
